a wide array of goodies for breakfast. big room, shower facilities and a hair dryer in the room. central location, just a pleasant stroll away from grosvenor casino plymouth.

This hotel offers comfortable guest rooms with tea and coffee making facilities and a TV, while the staff are incredibly attentive at all hours.

One of the best things about this hotel is the great rooms, which come with shower facilities and a hairdryer. Plus, it's in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Karst Gallery. 😊.

The staff here are really attentive. I loved my double room, which included tea and coffee making facilities, along with a TV. Plus, having a bathtub in my private bathroom was a nice touch! 🛁.

the hotel was conveniently located close to the main center where there were restaurants and bars. The private parking at the back of the hotel was a great advantage. We also had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant on one evening, which was a lifesaver considering the terrible weather. The reception area was lovely and welcoming. these positives helped balance out the negatives of our stay.

The room we had was located at the top of the hotel in the attic, with only a small skylight that made it dark and hot. Other rooms in the hotel seemed to have better windows and views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and were very good too make my experience enjoyable. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious food in a lovely dining room. The location was superb, with easy parking options and close proximity to the main center of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was excellent. the hotel facilities and services were great.

Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Good value meals at the hotel's restaurant. Private parking available and easy access to free street parking nearby.

Some issues with the amenities in the room, such as a faulty kettle and lack of milk cartons for tea. some rooms, particularly the attic ones, were found to be dark and hot, with limited views.

The location was superb, with easy parking options and close proximity to restaurants and bars. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, with a lovely view. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight. We also loved the relaxing terrace and pool facilities.

It would have been better if the heated towel rails or radiators were available for drying towels.
